Is this program easy, convenient, and fulfilling?
Yes! Whether you are a personal household or a business, our program is simple and effective, with no maintenance from your end. Simply follow the instructions attached to the bin until it is full. Once full, ship the box to us and we will send you an empty one once we receive it. At this point, you can leave it to us to fully recycle your battery waste.
How do I order my free battery recycling kit?
To order your recycling box today, please fill out the form fill found at the bottom of the page. Once we receive your information, we will send you a confirmation email that your recycling box is on its way.
How should I safely store my recycling kit?
Batteries are highly hazardous because they contain toxic materials, therefore it is important to keep batteries in a safe and contained area. Please ensure you store your batteries in a safe, temperature regulated area and that you follow the instructions in the graphic below each time you put battery waste into the box.
What do I do once the kit is full?
When your battery box is full, please follow the instructions printed on the box, or seen in the graphic below, to prep your material for transfer.

How do I print a free return label from my home or office?
Please follow this link to print your free return labels you’re your home or office: Canada Post – Print a Return Label (canadapost-postescanada.ca). This link is also printed onto your battery recycling box.
What is an account number
Your account number is generated by WIN Recycling when you sign up for the program. It will be sent to you in an email. If you ever lose this number, please call or email us and we will get the number to you.
How do I print a free return label from my home or office?
Please follow this link to print your free return label from your home or
office: Canada Post – Print a Return Label (canadapost-postescanada.ca). Once the page opens, please input the Return ID # which is, PR781751. This link and return ID are also printed onto your battery recycling box

You will need to insert the return ID number into the Canada Post website to access your free return label. The return ID number is, PR781751
